Ms. Pepper Autry - Teacher
I love teaching little people at Lake Windward. My favorite part of teaching is seeing the "lightbulb" go off for students. Providing a fun and welcoming environment for students is important to me. Every student is unique, and I love helping them discover their gifts and begin to use them. I love spending time with family and friends and especially my ten year old son. I have 22 years teaching experience in all grade levels. I received my bachelors and masters degree from Piedmont College. I recently completed my specialist degree from Georgia Southwestern University. I look forward to another awesome year at Lake Windward!
Mrs. Maria Elberson - Paraprofessional
This is my first year at LWE and I am so excited to be a part of the Lake Windward Kindergarten team! I grew up in Cherryville, a small town in North Carolina and moved to Alpharetta in 2006. I have a 20-year-old son who is in school to be a mechanic. I taught private preschool for 12 years at St. David’s Preschool before becoming a paraprofessional. I love teaching "little ones" and nurturing their love of learning! Providing a safe and loving environment is important to me so that our students can be themselves and feel comfortable while learning and having fun. When I am not in the classroom, I am learning as well. I learned to paddleboard this summer and am currently learning to golf. I am an avid runner, hike frequently with my boyfriend, and love to be active. I am so excited for this school year!
Mrs. Elizabeth McKean - Teacher
I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! This is my 17th year teaching at Lake Windward, 15 of those years teaching Kindergarten. I am a native Atlantan and have lived in the Johns Creek / Alpharetta area for 25 years where I raised my son and daughter. They are both married and live in the Atlanta area, so it is nice to have them close by! I enjoy hiking and playing pickleball with my husband as well as spending time with family and friends. I look forward to working with you this year to help your child succeed in school!
Mrs. Zhanna Egolf - Paraprofessional
This is my fourth year at Lake Windward Elementary. I have a college degree in early childhood education, and I enjoy being in the classroom helping students learn and develop new skills. My family and I live in Forsyth county. My husband David is an engineer, and we have three children (one is out of college, one is in college, and the youngest is a junior at Lambert High School). We also have a spoiled cat, George. In my free time I enjoy reading, walking, and spending time with family. I love musicals and ballet.
Mrs. Jennifer Missildine - Teacher
I live in Johns Creek, Georgia with my husband and two sons. I have been an elementary school teacher for 22 years. I have spent the last nine years at Lake Windward Elementary as a kindergarten teacher. I love teaching kindergarten students because they are imaginative and curious! I really enjoy watching them progress throughout the year.
Mrs. Ashley Hawley - Paraprofessional
Hi LWE Gator families! I love being a Kindergarten Para. This is my seventh year at Lake Windward and my 24th year of working with children. I spent 18 of those years teaching preschoolers. I am originally from Virginia and have lived in Johns Creek for 20 years. I raised my two children here in Georgia and they both went to Lake Windward so it is a very special place to me. My son is now 27 and lives in NYC and my daughter is 25 and lives in Charleston. My husband, Paolo, and I love traveling to see them and spending time with our two cats, Poppy and Tony.
Ms.Natalie Mueller - Teacher

I have two amazing daughters and two doodle puppies that keep me busy. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. My hobbies include travel and tennis. I look forward to getting to know your child and watching them grow!
